Mondays 5:30pm Warmup
🕕 6:00-7:00pm Workout: Speed Work, Technique, Threshold, Intervals, Learn-to-Run Pace🏃♀️
Wednesdays 5:30pm Warm up
🕕 6:00-7:00pm Workout: Hills, Strength, Learn-to-Run Hills🏃♂️
Saturdays 8:00-9:00am start time (Variable depending on length of run)
Long Slow Runs, Base Building, Mitochondrial Efficiency
